Shipping & Returns
This is the shipping policy of National Book House. After the confirmation of the order, your order will be ready in 0-1 working days and will be delivered to the provided location.
If you are not a resident of a remote location where we provide delivery, we can send you the order via India Post.
The delivery person will call you when your order is shipped and a confirmation mail will be sent to you. The delivery services are available to residents of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Delivery charges are Rs.40 up to the order of Rs.600. The order above Rs..600 is delivered free. The shipping tax of 5% is charged on all orders as per government policy.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard shipping time is up to 6-8 days. For shipping to a remote location, the delivery may depend on the area or the location where the order is to be delivered. In case none of our shipping partner delivers to your area, then we can send your order through parcel by India Post. The orders sent through India Post cannot be tracked and it may take up to 10-15 days for the parcel to reach you in extreme cases
Return & Exchange Policy
National Book House provides a 3 Day Replacement guarantee. There is no return or exchange on any of the products. Orders once placed with us cannot be modified or clubbed with any other order. We use the best packaging methods for securing the orders of any damage as well as the services of the best shipping partners to ensure that the orders reach you in good condition. Though we make sure that the order is undamaged, any order received damaged or defective should be replaced.
If you have received a damaged/ defective book or it does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with us by dropping an email to nationalpublishinghouse.nbh@gmail.com. If possible send us the image of the order as an attachment with the email. You can get your order replaced only once without any extra charge and we will send you the replacement only when we have received the book/books back from you.
You can cancel your order online before the book has been shipped. You need to submit the cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order and in such a case your entire order amount will be refunded. If you have paid for the order using Credit and Debit cards then the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once your order has been canceled, it will take 8-10 working days to process the refund into your bank account. Please note that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and other bank holidays.
